There are probably a few, actually.  This page was added to the Voxmedia
videoblogging wiki by some kind soul (Raster) a while ago:

I'll update it if anyone posts suggestions not already listed there, and
others are also welcome to add links and even comments as to the quality
and variety of the selection.

I use Magnatune quite a lot, so you can see some of my vlog posts for
examples (I do listen to quite a bit there before finding one that fits at
least moderately well in my mind).

What was the name of the other music source that was presumed to be free
for non-commercial use but ended up not being so -- leading some vloggers
to pay up some serious bucks?  The name is on the tip of my tongue...
definitely _not_ a source for your project, in any case.
