I'm a carer in a disabled people's home in the UK. The folks I care for would like me to set up a website for them so that they can upload videos and share experinces (similar to You tube).
Could you advise how I could do this? I'm reasonably proficient with computers and programming. Are there tutorial papers one can read up as a guide? I'm aware of Democrarcy player. Is this ok for my purpose? Many thanks, Larry
