here's a new option thats interesting: http://pumpaudio.com/ you pay to license the audio. its got a good search...you can preview...and you pay like a $2.99 license for an individual. havent used it for myself...but looks workable. at least there is acknowledgement that web publishers should have an easy way to license misuc legally.
