Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the list, but wanted to chime in here.

If size is a consideration, then that will be a trade-off. Many of the 3CCD
cameras are larger than their smaller consumer counterparts. I have a Canon
XL1S which is great, but it's huge. For more stealthy travel work I use my
Canon Elura which is tiny and provides a surprisingly good picture.

Another tip, if you go with a smaller camcorder, you may want to pick up
something like a Beachtek adapater for audio so that you can get
professional XLR inputs for capturing good audio.
