Plan on waiting a long time.....I have just read a few interesting articles about the times involeved in getting information, it took over 10 years for one person to get the information and he was a professer, he can't even use the information now. Since it's inception, it has always been slow, but under the last 2 admistrations, which includes Clinton's it has gotten 100 times worse.
