Well the issue isn't the video codec its the audio.  I could select
h264 if I wanted to but I still wouldnt be able to select AAC audio
from the QT export options in any windows app other than QT Pro.

As I understand it, the issue isn't windows or windows apps, or 3vix
... its that apple for some reason doesnt expose all the export
options in the windows api (thus QT Pro is the only windows app that
can use QT Export with AAC Audio).
