i was thinking about exactly this yesterday while having a look at  
the new Youtube UK site.
it's something i'd love to do.  i think it's the most effective way  
of reaching out.
the idea of organising it effectively and regularly in london daunts  
me, though.
like you say, that's the challenge.  i'll ask around for some help.

exactly
its difficult to attract people to talk about "videoblogging" (geeks
and bizmen show up).
But everyone will come watch a cool screening.
Then they might be interested in joining in.

Ultimately, itd be great if videos were all local.
