In Eagle Rock (where they filmed Reservoir Dogs) they have a old movie
theater, the Eagle Theater, which may be available for rent. I think it may
still be owned by Fred Eric, who also owns the hipster cafe Fred 62 in Los
Feliz:

Eagle Rock is located between Pasadena and Glendale, right on Route 66.
Nice WiFi coffee shop right up the street, some good restaurants including
the Best Pizza in L.A., Casa Bianca (where they call it a "pizza pie").

It's a fairly large theater, seats at least 200, I would think.
