In Eagle Rock (where they filmed Reservoir Dogs) they have a old movie theater, the Eagle Theater, which may be available for rent. I think it may still be owned by Fred Eric, who also owns the hipster cafe Fred 62 in Los Feliz:

Nice WiFi coffee shop right up the street, some good restaurants including the Best Pizza in L.A., Casa Bianca (where they call it a "pizza pie").
