Thanks for the feedback, Richard. I've gotten into the habit of scheduling the FlashMeetings spontaneously -- today, for example, I scheduled the meeting about a minute before it began, and then I immediately headed here to post the announcement so that we wouldn't lose a moment. I knew I was forgetting some more helpful info. about the meeting, but I opted to simply post the message before wasting another minute. I'll keep your suggestion in mind for the next time, though. In past FlashMeeting announcements I've varied from posting too much info. to too little, IMO. Perhaps the proper balance would be:
1) Meeting announcement/reminder 2) Time (Pacific, Eastern, and GMT) 3) Link to meeting 4) Topic (esp. if more specific than generally hanging out) Someone else had also suggested making these available in an RSS feed, which I'm guessing FlashMeeting provides. Perhaps that's someone I'll provide too.
