The articles arguments and the comments reflect much of what we've spoken about. It all hinges on if Comcast is willing to become more transparent and is truly just concerned about traffic slowdowns. or are they thinking strategically and making sure they defend themselves against competition. Its a lot of hope. Time will tell.
