We're not an ad network. We're an ad agency...albeit similar to the Starbucks of Ad Agencies (i.e. we have a set menu of advertisements, that a client can then customize to his liking).
Put simply, we charge for the video creation, so we're not going after the same dollars that you (the videoblogger) are. How much of the ad dollars you get will depend on who you're using to distribute your videos and what they provide as rev share. That said, we are working with a couple of videobloggers who are "going it alone." In such instances our fees depend on if we're providing the ad serving and placement service (pre/mid/post-roll), or simply the "hooks" to get an advertiser's video created, paid for, and then passed along to you.
