blip and veoh are both video hosting companies. Mefeedia is a channel system...but the videos need to be uploaded elsewhere. There are hundreds of free video hosting sites. You should read the Terms of Service and check out the community you want to hang with. You could also just use a system like http://tubemogul.com and get your videos everywhere.
