Your safe with that in my experience. What I've had, which is annoying, is a vid kiled for 'Terms of Use' just (I guess) because there's a bit of breast in there - a performance artist called 'No Bra'. That's another 3 strikes scenario as far as I can make out, and there's no apparent avenue of appeal. There are plenty of other clips of the same girl including one from me that are still there. In the clip that was taken down she wears a leather jacket. I've seen other racier clips that merely have an 'adult' gateway. Sigh.
