Well at one point I think Zeitgeist had the first two but they were possibly on loan from a company in Canada but Ben can tell you. Through the Olive trees was a sad ugly story involving Miramax not giving a rats ass and trying to bury the film. It may be that the same Canadian company had a print too but Miramax managed to lose not only the original prints but a new one made later.
