Clearly it was never released in the US. I am having a hard time figuring out if the "foreign" release is legal but check Amazon France which would probably have it if it were. I think you just have to bite the bullet and use a VHS. I know the US theatrical distributor but I am sure they don't know anything about DVD issues.
