Hi, all. I have been having a problem with the copies of From Here to Eternity. The last couple of discs we have had, we get reports from patrons that there is no sound, and sometimes no picture. I just tried one that a patron returned with a report of no picture or sound. It had a picture, but no sound. This current one is a Superbit version, Columbia Pictures. Is there something about Superbit that refuses to play on some players? Thanks!
