I was pondering the old home use pricing vs. institutional pricing, and went
back to the archives to look at the recent discussion on the subject. I
guess I didn't read the discussion as carefully as I thought, as I realized
I purchased a copy of the DVD "The Other Side of Immigration" from Midwest
Tapes for $14.99. For those of you unfamiliar with Midwest Tapes, they cater
to the public library market. Wonder if I'll be getting a letter about my
copy.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
