Multi-DVD cases We changed all of our DVDs over to locking cases to fit into our 3M "unlocker," since we now use RFID tags on all of our DVDs, books and CDs. We use a case that can hold up to 6 DVDs and it's performed well in our dropbox. I don't know the brand, but you can contact our tech services supervisor, Junie Hao, at j...@olatheks.org. We're still struggling with the over 6 DVD collections... Ralph Tomlinson Audio-visual/reference librarian Adult Services Olathe Public Library 201 E. What kinds of cases do you circulate them in? Do you separate them into individual cases? I have looked at a couple multi disc cases but they are either too wide to fit in our security case or the inside tray breaks when we test it in the bookdrop. Thank you in advance - Any help would be appreciated Beth Traylor Media Librarian Media and Reserve Library UWM Libraries ------------------------------ Message: 3 Date: Thu, 18 Aug 2011 14:39:37 -0400 From: Mat Levy <m...@passionriver.com> Subject: [Videolib] 2011 Conference Early Registration and, Conference Workshops To: videolib@lists.berkeley.edu Message-ID: <4e4d5c69.2050...@passionriver.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed This is the first I have heard about this conference and have been doing a bit of research. Do many Non-theatrical film programming vendors attend? Do librarians look for new film product here? We love any opportunity we can to meet with librarians so very interested in your feedback. If it is not appropriate for us, we always have National Media Media Market the next week! I know what I'm going to be doing when I'm on the front desk at Gov Docs and no one is needing any help. This is just fantastic. regards jhs John H.
