Tournées Festival Grants to Bring Contemporary French Cinema to U.S. College Campuses FACE (French American Cultural Exchange), a non-profit dedicated to supporting contemporary creative work in the context of French-American cultural and educational exchange, is accepting applications for colleges to show French films as part of a festival. Screenings must take place within a one-month period, and should consist of a minimum of 5 films. Films may be presented as part of a larger festival of French or International cinema. Schools that show films in 35mm will receive a grant of $2,300, and those that show films on video will receive $1,800. Grants are paid retroactively upon receipt of post-screening documents and materials. Applicants must be affiliated with an American college or university with non-profit status, and must choose at least five films from the FACE website and plan a tentative schedule for screenings.
