I hope you don't mind but I cross posted this with frameworks, a discussion list for experimental film makers, some of them have contacts with film archives, others might be interested in cutting up and using the footage in projects, any educational stuff you have might be of interest to Craig Baldwin of Other Cinema, the filmmaker behind Tribulation 99 of course I assume you want this stuffed preserved, but it is better than it being destroyed if it is incorporated in another work.
