I honestly apologize if you think that was a "rant". I do actually
agree with you and have posted here many times regarding not needing
PPR or any other rights for classroom use.

However I freely admit I have become a tad paranoid of late because
there are now widespread assertions that "Fair Use " and TEACH
actually allow streaming of entire works. It was not meant toward you
but I feel that the "educational" market of films that do not sell
retail market should protect themselves with much stronger contracts.
