Subject: [Videolib] VRT Dinner at Seattle (ALA Mid-Winter)
(Just sending out one final reminder....please consider joining us!)
Greetings! Once again VRT (Video Radio Table) will be hosting a dinner at Mid-Winter.
The evening is scheduled for Friday evening, January 25th-commencing at 7:30. The
name of the selected restaurant is Far Eats (http://geogychacko.com/far-eats.html) Is
essentially an Indian restaurant, very nicely priced, with vegetarian fare available. Far Eats
is but a five block walk from the Convention Center (2301 Fifth Street, Suite 101.)
Please consider joining us for a fine evening of eating and the opportunity to meet up with
friends, both old and new. (You need not be a member of VRT to attend, but a passion for
video is a must! ;-) )
If you are interested in attending (and I hope you are!), please email directly (antho...@usc.edu).
Please let me know by no later than Wednesday, January 23rd, 5:00. Space is available
for between 15 and 30 guests.
In rsvping me, please include your cell phone number in case that I may have to get in touch
with you for any reason.
Looking forward to seeing all of you at Far Eats in Seattle on the 25th!
Cheers!
Anthony

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
