Deg Wellspring is long gone. A lot of their stuff expired and went back to the producer but it is possible this one is still under contract. What remains of Wellspring is owned by Weinstein. You can try to reach them directly but in theory if they had it Swank would have rights. I would try asking Swank to contact Weinstein and make sure they get a definitive answer or contact them yourself.
If all of that fails email me and I will call in a favor and get you the directors contact info. Someone I am working with knows literally all the major Iranian directors and deals with them on a regular basis.
