Mo! Vendor information continues to be very much contained in the conference
program that each person receives upon picking up their registration materials.
Up until 10 years ago or so, ALA used to send out a preliminary conference
program. Most likely this was dropped out as a cost cutting measure.

Cheers!
Anthony

Hello,

Is vendor information and location no longer included in the informational
package handed out during registration?

Best,
Monique @ IU

Thanks for asking deg and Anthony. ProQuest will be in booth 703.

If you'd like to see deg and Jane Hutchison present their findings based on a
yearlong research project about streaming video in academic libraries, follow
this link for details:

I look forward to seeing folks there.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
