If that contact is no good I can get another. As it happens Hallmark owns the Hal Roach library with lots of classic silent shorts so I know people who deal with them.
Again Made for TV films are often a nightmare for any public shows though sometimes companies are willing to help as there is no admission fee but again the lawyers get paid to worry so that does not help. Good Luck but FYI it probably does not look that good and I still think The Old Dark House or some other films where Karloff's great comic timing is shown off would be better options.
