Ruscico is legit , not sure of Russian DVD. Rusicio is basically owns
nearly everything produced by the old Soviet Union. Films made after would
be more problematic.

Also one correction Jeanne , jobbers would rarely own PPR rights, those
would be owned by whichever company distributed in the US ( if it had US
distribution) or the the overseas rights holder.
