I checked into this last year for Pablo Larrain's *No* and, at least at
that time, Sony Pictures Classics didn't offer streaming rights. Criterion
Pictures has Canadian rights to some of their titles, but not U.S. rights.

The gentleman I heard from at Sony offered to book a classroom DVD
screening (!?) and I had to remind him that, in fact, we would just apply
section 110 if we were using the film in a face-to-face class setting.

All best,
Brian.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
