Hi Marc,
We recently purchased this film, and the only copy we could find was the
Korean version. I took a close look at it when it arrived to make sure
it wasn't dubbed in Korean or anything, and found it to be an acceptable
copy. The menu and case may confuse some patrons, but anyone who needs
to watch the film for their research or screen it in a class will be
fine with it. (We were simply seeking the film for the collection, so I
don't have any input on how you would procure public performance rights.)
Good luck,
--

tells us it seems currently only “available on Amazon only in all
region Korean versions”. Thanks.
