Thanks Dylan
I am aware that filmmakers or producers retain edu rights on many HBO docs
but I think there are number HBO controls. Curious if anyone has direct
contact with them on any title and just off the top of my head anyone able
to stream GOING CLEAR, 4 LITTLE GIRLS and MURDER ON A SUNDAY MORNING

I think one of the problems that is likely to increase is that films made
or bought by companies that do their own streaming may not allow a
institution to license it for a class. T

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
