Greetings everyone, A question about our reserve fines led me to the belated realization that our fines for reserve media items is comically high ($12 a day for daily reserve). A quick review of other libraries suggests that the typical rate for reserve items is $1 per hour four hourly reserve and $1 per day for daily reserve. Is that the case at your institution? If not, what are your rates?
