I see that notice on the film's website with the link to New Day for purchase. I'm sure the filmmaker is trying to control distribution and make sure that institutions buy the institutional version (and I don't think it's available on amazon, so they would probably just decline a direct order that looked institutional) but it is frustrating to see the perpetuation of misinformation.
