I think VRT should most definitely screen something Lorraine!

It's way past midnight in Los Angeles, and this might be a sleep-deprived
idea - but in light of our recent conversations sparked by 13th, combined
with the revolutionary decision by Netflix and DuVernay to allow free
public screenings of the film - maybe VRT should submit it. Even though
it's widely available on Netflix, it could draw a good crowd and we could
have a lil' Q&A afterwards informed by our upcoming conference call on
educational availability of Netflix/Amazon titles, among other things.

Is this crazy or what?

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
