Hello,

I have noticed that the function :

scaled_rank_1_update

performs A += alpha x.y' , which is (correct me if I'm wrong) not really a
rank-1 update when x!=y . Wouldn't it be more reasonable to conform the
BLAS standard :
scaled_rank_1_update : A+=alpha x.x',
scaled_rank_2_update : A+=alpha (x.y' + y.x'),
outer_prod : A = x.y'
?

Best regards,
Philippe
