Hi,
A sort of keep-alive message with a real question concerning few members of
the list.
I'm currently spending some time tu update french translation (on
Launchpad). It really needs improvment. But, I encounter a classical
fundamental question: what vocabulary choose for thematic notions?
How to translate "track"? I regularly use "trace" but I also see "piste" on
other software.
How to translate "route"? I found "itinéraire" which seems really good.
How to translate "waypoint"? Is "waypoint" neat enough? A direct
translation is "point de passage" but other possible translations are
"point d'intérêt".
Any comment are welcome.
