I have ported Vim 7.0 to Win64. Native AMD64 binaries can be downloaded from
  http://www.georgevreilly.com/vim/
The package includes retail and debug versions of gvim and console-mode Vim,
and the associated PDBs (debugger symbols). I can make IA64 binaries available
on request.

The Win32 binaries have always run on the AMD64 and IA64 flavors of 64-bit
Windows. This is the first time that native 64-bit binaries are available.

I have not tested this extensively, but Vim's unit tests pass. I have not
tested the installer because I am not an administrator on the AMD64 system that
I have access to.

To use this, set the VIM environment variable to, say, c:\vim. Unzip the
package to %VIM%.

Use at your own risk. Vim 7.0 is in beta, but the Win64 port is in alpha.
