There is a vim tip that shows you how to highlight the current line. It has two flaws:
1) It only hightlights upto the last character. Does NOT highlight the ENTIRE line. 2) There is a short delay after which the highlight is enabled after moving the cursor to a new position. How do I highlight the entire line without these two flaws?
