Sure:
I created a file with 3 words: 'A spell carrrr'
using 'vim -u NONE file'. And then:

:set spelllang=en
:set spell

The third world 'carrrr' highlights as an error.
I go to the word 'spell' and press:

zw<ENTER>

No change in colors. I try then

zW<ENTER>

No change. So, I try:

:spellw spell

and

:spellw! spell

Nothing. Only 'carrrr' as an error.

Out of the file with ':wq', and there is nothing new in my
~/.vim/spell/en.latin1.add file: no 'spell' added. Opening
the 3 word file again and activating spell shows 'spell'
as a correct word....

Thanks,

    L.
