The hicolors.vim plugin, available at http://vim.sourceforge.net/scripts/script.php?script_id=1081 and at http://mysite.verizon.net/astronaut/vim/index.html#VimFuncs as "Highlight Colors Help and Editor" allows one to edit one's colorscheme. Included are the various tabbing colors: TabLineFill, TabLine,
