Try naming it (on Windows) ~/vimfiles/after/plugin/zzzzlast.vim or (on Unix) ~/.vim/after/plugin/zzzzlast.vim
In most cases, plugins in a single directory will be sourced alphabetically; plugins in different trees will be sourced in the order of 'vimruntime'.
