Hi!

I am on a computer which has a very minimal version of Vim installed.
The computer runs Suse (which I hate for the reasons explained in this
mail), there are no source files available. Even curses.h is not
present. So, I cannot compile my own version of Vim either.

I tried to download a working binary for me from Internet but to no
avail. As I said, I am not root so I cannot use rpm. rpm2targy is also
not installed.

So, I have downloaded and compiled ncurses in my local directory. Now
I want Vim to detect this new library. How to do it? Currently VIM
compilation is giving error of not finding any terminal library.
