How does one make a function that will surround a visual selection?
Example: Hello, my name is fREW. Select my name and say, :Bang() and the text should now be Hello, <b>my name</b> is fREW. I presume it will have something to do with using '< and '>, but beyond that I am not really sure. Thanks! -fREW
