:! commands appears to work because of hit-enter prompt and mouse=a.

[Workaround is simple let vim ignore SIGUSR2 signal completly - but I
dont like it]
So I have few general questions.

Should vim close its mouse stuff when executing external commands and
open them afterwards?
Currently in code mouse stuff is closed when suspending and opened
again after resume.
Should gpm and sysmouse have its entries in 'ttymouse' ?
