Left-right arrows work, but up-down arrows beep and lose the wildmenu
mode. No way to jump into a subfolder or to go back to parent folder.
(Workaround: use <Space><BS><Tab> instead of <Down>. But it's ugly.)
Wild menu works OK (most of the time) with :e :r :new :sv etc.
