The last version of this patch I sent out was reversed, and I've fixed it now. To those who are not familiar with this code, it puts Vim into the "right-click" icontext menu in Windows Explorer. This version of gvimext.dll will offer the user the standard choices of "Edit with Vim" and "Edit with existing Vim" when a single file icon is selected. When multiple files are selected, the choices will include "Edit with Vim, tabbed" and "Diff with Vim". The latter choice is applicable if 1 < # selected files < 5.
Older versions offered to open multiple files each in their own Vim process. That choice was replaced by "Edit with Vim, tabbed".
