The last version of this patch I sent out was reversed, and I've fixed it
now.
To those who are not familiar with this code, it puts Vim into the
"right-click" icontext menu in Windows Explorer.
This version of gvimext.dll
will offer the user the standard choices of "Edit with Vim" and "Edit
with existing Vim" when a single file icon is selected.
When multiple files are selected, the choices will include "Edit with Vim,
tabbed" and "Diff with Vim".  The latter choice is applicable if  1 < #
selected files < 5.

Older versions offered to open multiple files each in their own Vim process.
 That choice was replaced by "Edit with Vim, tabbed".
