Hello! I've issued a new plugin on my website: http://mysite.verizon.net/astronaut/vim/index.html#RLTVNMBR . It uses the signs capability of "huge" vim to give relative numbering. After some comment period I expect to release it on vim.sf.net. I'd like to mention the relative numbering patch in my document -- would someone please tell me where that patch is again?
