Let's be a little more specific:

1. Make sure you have the *latest* version of the documentation; the one that 
comes with your VIM distribution may be outdated, the issue potentially already 
fixed. There are constant changes to the runtime files; these aren't posted as 
patches. How to obtain the latest runtime files is described here: 
http://vim.sourceforge.net/runtime.php

2. Prepare a (context) diff of your modifications, and send it to this list, or 
directly to Bram.
