I've just updated the git repositories, of course I got a merge conflict
at this place, too.

I don't send patches to the list any more. The patch against the latest
Vim version can always be downloaded at the vim_extended git repo
website in the table, which describes the various branches:

        http://repo.or.cz/w/vim_extended.git

Just use the link on the feature branch name.

Or use the git repo :), then you don't have to do anything manually.
