I'm unable to build a Windows binary with perl, I'm getting the following error resulting from the build statement:

But for the life of me, I can not figure out the issue. Details: * Strawberry perl 5.10 * Windows XP-32 * Cygwin gcc * Experimented with the perl bin and libs first on path, last on path, not on path, etc. This all worked just a few days ago on another machine, but I can't recall if it was strawberry perl or some other distro.
