I have been able to fill in some details at [1]. However, some
important ones are yet to be answered, and the others in dire need of
a review :). I have marked TODO sections, so it should be easier. Fell
free to add, or correct.

Some important questions that can be better answered only by the
previous (co-)admin, or mentors:

1. Did your organization participate in past GSoCs? If so, please
summarize your involvement and the successes and challenges of your
participation.
2. If your organization participated in past GSoCs, please let us know
the ratio of students passing to students allocated, e.g. 2006: 3/6
for 3 out of 6 students passed in 2006.
3. What criteria did you use to select the individuals who will act as
mentors for your organization? Please be as specific as possible?
