Given that test61 is intended to verify the functionality of the undo
tree, it's inherently time sensitive.  This test sporadically
fails[0][1][2] during the automated build of the Debian package,
presumably when the build system is under load.  Every failure I've seen
is a difference on line 20 of the test output.

Since I use a successful run of Vim's test suite as a requirement for a
successful build of Debian's Vim packages, I'm wondering if it'd be
possible to make this test more robust to completing successfully when
the system is under load.
